The final program release (of version 3) was 3.1.46.  To determine what specific release number of the program you have: 
From within P&V, choose Help...About Parts&Vendors.

Setup program for 3.1.46 has been repackaged so it will install on Windows 2000.  See 'Download Full Program' link below.

NOTICE:  For a limited time we have accommodated existing users of P&V 3.1 by allowing the purchase of additional licenses of that version (if already having two or more copies of the program). This offer expires on June 1, 2000.  After that, only the current version (4.0) will be sold, and all existing copies (to share the same data file) will have to be upgraded to v4.0.

Program Update

The following Maintenance Update contains important changes.
1.  Download the file into a temporary directory.
2.  Close Parts&Vendors.  
3.  Run the update exe by double clicking on it in Windows Explorer, and install into your existing \PV3 directory.

This update brings the program up to the current release while preserving existing user settings/preferences.

This version is no longer for sale. 
It is provided here so users of version 3.x can have the whole thing in one file, rather than original + update.
Also, it has been repackaged so it will install on Win2000 and WinXP.
